Karyn Shipley

Karyn Shipley believes every individual can personally transform their body. This belief drives her instruction and personal practice.

Background & Experience

  • Former dancer, Radio City Rockette, performer, and massage therapist
  • Began dance training at age 23 and transformed her body using Pilates and GYROTONIC®
  • Seven-year career as a Rockette in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and Broadway show Sinatra: His Voice. His World. His Way.
  • Extensive knowledge of body mechanics applied in Pilates and GYROTONIC® instruction
  • Committed to physical empowerment through detailed instruction and positive feedback
